Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Fee
Upgrade Shipping: $5.99
Pro Shipping: $7.99
Pro+ Shipping: $9.99

2. Shipping Time & Methods
Most of our product is customized and handmade. So it will take 1-5 business days to process your order. We will ship once your order is done at the factory, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information. Estimated Delivery Time = Manufacturing Time(1-5 working days) + Shipping Time
Upgrade Shipping:7-15 working days
Pro Shipping:7-12 working days
Pro+ Shipping(DHL or other logistics method):6-10 working days
Please note that:
① These are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed.
② If the shipping time does not exceed 21 business days, we will not accept the customer's request for a refund due to the long delivery time.

②Contact us: If you still have questions about your order, please contact us via e-mail (support@hi-techelectronics.ca) Please keep in mind that the estimated shipping time frames are impacted by your selected shipping method, and do not account for delays caused by vendors or service and weather disruptions.
Refund policy
If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 24 hours after receiving yours. We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under the below criteria: Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival/parcels that are lost in transit.
Note: Hi-Tech Electronics will not be held liable to any lost or misroute parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in the mail or other mishaps from happening.
Cancellations
If you want to cancel the order after placing the order, you can leave a message to our customer service. We will reply you within 48 hours.
1. If the ordered goods have not been processed/delivered, we are happy to cancel the order for you.
2. If your goods have already started processing or have entered the delivery process, we cannot cancel the order for you, please understand.

Domestic Shipping
Domestic shipping is free. All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase. A confirmation email and tracking number will be sent to your email.
Once your package leaves our warehouse, shipping takes 7-10 business days. Please email support@hi-techelectronics.ca with any questions. Our support team will reply to you within 48 hours.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do!

International packages typically arrive within 7-15 business days of shipment. In some cases, international delivery may take up to 21 business days.
How can I track my Package/s?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code (if your shipping method chosen has tracking).
What if I put in my wrong address?
If you have provided an incorrect address and your order has already shipped, we will do our best to update your order with the correct address. However, if your order has already shipped we are not responsible. Please email support@hi-techelectronics.ca with any questions or concerns.
*In the instance when your package is sent back to us because of an insufficient address provided by the customer, we will charge a resend fee. Please double check all addresses before placing an order. In the case you would not like your package sent back, we charge a restocking fee of $7.99 CAD. The fee will be deducted from your order refund amount total.
What if my package is lost?
If a package has been delivered to the shipping address that you had provided at checkout, we are not responsible if that package is lost or stolen after delivery. We understand that having a package taken from your porch is frustrating. But it must be your responsibility to know typical delivery times of postal workers in your neighborhood and make sure someone is home to receive the package.
If your package is lost in transit (which is very rare) this is the carrier's responsibility. In this case you may reach out to USPS directly for assistance.
